I finally tracked down some sets of fans. They are Lenovo
originals, so it's a bit of a crapshoot. There is one set for $87.50
and one for 141.30. Both are Chinese brands, so I have no idea if one
is better than the other. They will take about two weeks to come in.
They would be $95 to install and we will also replace the thermal
compound to help with the cooling.
If you are interested, let me know which you would prefer and I'll
get it ordered.
If you don't want to replace them, let me know and I'll
reassembled your laptop.

You'll want to have the CPU thermal compound replaced as
well. They put it on poorly at the factory, and the system is
running hotter than it should because of that. I will email
you prices on the fans as soon as I get it.
