Feather headresses and dead chickens. Essentially, boot off the CD, go
into repair mode and it'll ask for the repair floppy. Problem is, unless
you update that floppy often you're not going to really have anything
useful on it. It is essentially a copy of the registry at the time of
creation of the floppy.
That puts you more into the mode of: What are you trying to recover from
the machine? You might have better luck asking for the end result you're
looking for than trying to start with that floppy.
