PE solved the problem. It took a bit of watching and enabling Julian's
suggestions.
Found that my 33-sec spike came from my old Java app. Odd too, because I
believed
I was using v6-Update 23. Maybe? But, when I told IT to go away, the app
header
said it was v6-update 19. Guess Java cleans itself up as well as
Adobe??!!! LOL!!!
This new tool replaces Task Mangler. Replaces the CP/AdminTools/Performance
business. And, a lot of noob head-scratching! Very, very nice new tool.
