[H] Powerbook

[Winterlight]

I have no experience with Apple. I have an employee who is using her 
boyfriends Powerbook. I notice in the wheel selector deal on the 
right, that there was a  Utorrent icon. How can I tell if it is 
running or not... would it appear in the tray? What I don't want is 
stuff being downloaded on my IP address. How can I be sure.
