I need a different solution. Would Windows 7 Bitlocker, on both desktop, and laptop do this by keeping the folder contents individually encrypted therefor allowing Dropbox to keep everything synced in real time? Or how else? thanks
I want to use drop box to keep data on my laptop synced with my
desktop. Things like my contact program, schedule, and some
confidential info. It has to be encrypted in case it gets stolen. I
set up a shared folder between computers within Dropbox, and the used
Truecrypt to create a container that Dropbox will sync. However, the
desktop leaves the container open 24/7 and can't be synced until I
unload it, and reboot.... so this is'nt going to work.
