I've discovered, no matter the reason, just say virus screwed you up and you had to reinstall. They never complain. I recently had to re-activate after switching to an ssd, I told them, they gave me problems so I hung up, called back and told them there was virus... Bam! Code Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
