Oh yea of little imagination. Don't think that 3 to 5 centuries won't
radically transform the human condition because it will. Knowledge is
growing exponentially and will lead to massive tragedies but not all will
be destroyed and we will go on for a very long time to come.

You guys are very optimistic. I think it's much more likely that within
a generation or two we're back to living in caves and hitting each other
with sticks. :) Where will we get this unimaginable energy to power
travel to other planets or to build our own habitats in space? We can
barely keep the International Space Station going.
