I do not find the router set up screen.
The routers are all plugged in.
The main router is working and this email is going thru it from my mail
computer.
I got a screen up with a user and password boxes but nothing including
admin will get by that screen
There must be another way to do this .

You have to log into the router setup screen. Plug a computer into the
LAN port of your router. Open a browser and type the ip address of
that router... depends on the router but linksys usually ships as
192.168.1.1 If you have not changed anything in either of them then
your user name and password are probably both admin
At this point I suggest you head over to Linksys and download and read
the pdf manuals for your routers. And while you are there grab the
latest firmware for each router and then flash them. Look in the
manual and it will give you a step by step for this.

Plug your broadband into the WAN port of router one
set Router one = 192.168.1.1
SSD = router 1
WEP2 = router 1 key
Channel 1
CAT6 from router one LAN port to router 2 WAN port
Set IP router two = 192.168.2.1
SSD = router 2
WEP2 = router 2 key
Channel 6
Turn every thing on one at a time.. router one, router two, PC to
get it up and running.
This will not isolate router one from router two, everybody can see
everybody but on different routers. The wireless are two separate
connections that should change to strongest signal as you move
through the house if you set your laptop up that way. How well it
works depends on interference. good luck

I have 2 Linksys broadband routers.
I ran a cable from the main one to the other side oh the house to
get a better signal on my laptop.
When I power up the second router it kills the signals to my roku
and other computer.
I have heard of other people doing this.
How do I keep the signals to my Roku and other computer?.
And get my regular signal out of the second router?
