I've become a big Hitachi fan simply because their drives play well in RAID
- I have 6x 2TB 7K2000's, 6x 2TB 7K3000's, 5x 2TB 5K3000's all in various
RAID arrays.

WD still has the best return procedures in the industry, by far. Hitachi's
disk unit was purchased by WD a while back, but it remains to be seen what
level and how quickly that integration will occur.
