[H] laptop fan

[Winterlight]

My sister's three and a half year old Dell Laptop is over heating and 
from what she tells me I think she needs a new fan. I am not sure it 
is worth doing. She is in Northern California. What should she expect 
to pay for a replacement.... can she take it to Bestbuy or Staples .. 
do they do that? thanks
