[H] Boot problem

I have a computer that's booting to a "Boot block compatible v0.237" 
message and wants to try to reload the BIOS from a floppy.  I 
replaced the motherboard, and it's giving the same error.  I've 
swapped out RAM, power supply,  video card.  Could the CPU cause 
this?  It's an Asus P5Q.
