[H] MegaZoom

Anyone here that can recommend the best megazoom?  Not needing pro-level 
gear, but I want decent.  Not going to spend lots of time and don't want 
to lug around lots of lenses.  But I want good shots and I want to zoom 
in.  Nature, out-and-about, macro-shooting. Videos too at 1080p.  Would 
like it fast, too. Would love to hear what you guys use and like.
