deleted the duplicated cert file and FF let me create a new exception.
Still something maybe in scripblocker causing me grief.
My best guess is this system knows it is getting ready to be
replaced, one would think it would then behave nicer. >:-}

Other messages have something to do with HTTPS
sometimes it allows me to set a exception, other times not.
Had to order parts from Newegg using IE :'(
