[H] take ownership

[Winterlight]

I am trying to copy the <My Documents> folder from a XP PRO hard 
drive, dead computer, to a Windows 7 PRO computer.

 The XP hard drive is running in an external enclosure. I am logged 
into the Windows 7 PRO computer as THE Administrator but it won't let 
me copy the XP Pro folder or even change attributes. How can I copy 
this ? Thanks.
