[H] website to PDF

Anyone know of a tool that will grab a website, follow links X levels 
deep, and render it as a PDF?

My reason for wanting this is that I recently bought a sony camera and 
the users guide is a website and there is no PDF.  I'd really much 
rather have a PDF so I can read it whenever without an internet connection.
