Bobby,

I have an Acer P235H, 23" and I can tell you they are terrific monitors that
are priced right. I might suggest you look at the one below and read the
comments. They are accurate with now legitimate
complaints....................Jeff

P.S. You could almost buy two with your budget..................:)

Here's a Dell for about $300 shipped. What do you think?

Subject: Computer monitor

Hey,

In the market for a new monitor in the 23-34" range. I do not want to spend
over $300.

I have seen several from Asus/Viewsonic/Dell that look pretty good. I then
came across the IPS type monitors. I do lightly play games like the Call of
Duty series. Most of the IPS monitors that I have looked at in my price
range (or slightly over) are 6-8ms (most are 8ms). Would that be too slow?

Would I gain that much extra using an IPS monitor over the TN monitors?

Thanks for any input and suggestions.

Bobby
