Thanks for the reply. I run a MS OS to the ~bitter end. I am (again) very
happy with WinXPpro. M$ seems to believe I need to move FWD yet
again. Fine. So, I'll plan 2013 as another 'learning' year; just like
2008
was (...that's when I gave up Win2000 after ~8yrs!). LOL!
Weird thing is I'm now driven by $$$ for 'old' supported SW.
I'm now driven by M$. I do so hate this model; yet I have NOT the
programming knowledge to stay where I live ATM. No longer worth a
personal battle, either!............ But, that is just me
alone............ :)

I'm glad to see you're making the leap to Win7...just a few months
after it's superseded. At least you're consistent. (I'm still
running XP as well on almost all of my machines.)
