OK. It is 10-15-12and no 'media-DVD.' I have visited numerous MS
Customer Service
sites. I am now fully confused. Never got to a phone number to
speak with a Human.
Starting to think I may have been scammed out of $154.43.
I'm not sure you've been scammed. You have the key, which is the
only thing of value.
