A friend of a friend told me that her friend was having trouble uninstalling Mcafee from their machine. They called some sort of tech person (have no clue who they talked to), but they were connected to his machine and they supposedly showed him on his computer that 10 people were able to connect to his pc and do stuff on it. They said that they were fix it for him. They were going to charge him $199 to perform this service.
What do you think they were referring to when they said the other people could connect to his machine? If this does seem valid, how can I check that same information and fix it for him? Thanks, Bobby
