The "SATA doubler" is very popular with the BackBlaze designs... see http://openstoragepod.org/ ... I wonder what the practical limit on those is; I don't need decent write speeds... just storage density...

The SATA support comes from the SoC - the iMX534, 535, 536, and 537 can be used on this board, but I am guessing it is the -4
