A video tweeted by @Mallinson_Kits (a small UK electronic kit supplier) explains "How to use Breadboard - Using Breadboard for beginners and prototyping circuits": https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=gwcVr5VfXwA#at=317
This is about solderless breadboards, as in those flat chunks of plastic with holes for components and wires to be inserted. Pretty basic stuff, but could be useful if you've never worked with a breadboard before. The 8 minute video seems to have good coverage showing the internals of a breadboard, how the contacts are arranged, explaining how to join several together, and demonstrates building a stereotypical LED and battery circuit in a few different ways to illustrate the breadboard's contact arrangement. (@Mallinson_Kits is currently running a contest to give away a Raspberry Pi: https://www.facebook.com/ElectronicKit/posts/594168817302006 they don't seem to have a big following, so your chances are pretty good if you enter.) -Tom _______________________________________________ Hardwarehacking mailing list [email protected] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/hardwarehacking
