So this is an 8-core ARM board with a 64-core GPU?

I assume the "Duino" part alludes to Arduino, but what the connection? I
don't see any mention of a microcontroller co-processor. Are they doing
Arduino software emulation like the Galileo? Are the headers Arduino
shield compatible? Or is "Duino" just their way of saying that it is an
embedded board aimed at makers?
