OK, changed my default.txt and tried several times to boot and it kernel
panics.

With set cmdline "root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 the last few lines on the display say:

rx1950:  disabled charge
fat:  utf8 is not a recommended charset TO fat filesystems will be case
sensitive!
YES:  mounted root (vfat filesystem)
Freeing init memmory 140K
Warning: unable to open on initial console
 kernel panic - not syncing:  No init found.  Try passing int = option to
kernel.

If I set cmdline "root=/dev/mmcblk0p1, the messages are a bit different, but
the last line on the display is still the same kernel panic message.

Suggestions welcome.  I'm sure I'll get it.  Seems I'm doing something
wrong.   Thanks.  Gustav
