Rajin2 meditasi sendiri, dan sering2 ikuti meditasi bersama, sewaktu ikuti meditasi bersama niatkan terhubung dengan jaringan meditasi bersama HU, nanti sensenya terlatih dengan sendirinya dan dikit2 ngerti sendiri mesti gimananya.
