Excellent, thanks Geir. I just tried it, in a shell with javac, ant, and a C compiler on the path you can type:
$ svn checkout https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/harmony/enhanced/trunk/sandbox/contribs/ibm_core followed by $ ant and it all builds nicely. There are some known bugs etc. that I'll start to add into JIRA to get the ball rolling.
