Well I could pretend that it was because I wanted to (temporarily)
remove the security2 code, which is a large download but not currently
part of the build,...

...but really it is because I'm a CVS-hack at heart, and using the SVN
revision number didn't occur to me :-)  Thanks for pointing it out!
