Valentin, JIRA certainly produces tons of e-mail (too much IMHO) and AIUI it is all sent to the dev list for everyone to see. It is easy to filter/delete if you only want to see the discussions, but if you want to get off the dev list altogether send mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
