and I saw a few comments recently about having a use for more user feedback / people testing things / etc. Maybe this is the right time to start a users list? This does require that there's some people looking out for unanswered e-mails, unanswered jira issues, and in general taking some time to talk to people (eg, active developers should read the user mailing lists and contribute!). But I'm guessing there's quite a few people around here willing to do just that. WDYT?
