Sorry for picking on Harmony-1417.  It happened to be what I was looking at
when I wrote the email.  The issue is more general than JIT optimizations.
I realize it will be impossible to supply rigorous tests for BBC.patch and
14xx.patches in the next few days.

However, would it be possible for developers to add whatever tests they
think makes sense to their patches?  I am looking for the low hanging fruit
at this point.  It would be great if we can cover even 50% of the patches in
the next day or so.

Long term, I agree with Rana.  If you have no ability to test for unwanted
regressions, you have no guarantee the patch won't be removed or damaged in
future development.
