What changed?

I've applied some patches which solve these issues
and got quite acceptable results on Windows 2003 server. I've excluded some
tests which crash and hang because patches for them are not ready yet so we
have about 50 tests less in the table than on IBM VM. The results are on the
page http://wiki.apache.org/harmony/Unit_Tests_Pass_on_DRLVM, in the
October, 19 table.

That's impressive.
