I have purchased ResourceMate Plus for our small synagogue library (approximately 1000 volumes.) I am just starting to use it so I don't have a full assessment yet. So far it seems to have all the features I need (importing from Z3950 records, lock-out for patron lookup, 5-line call number, transaction records, barcodes). The only think that it may lack is a cross reference capability -- I'm still working on figuring this out.
