As a small library, most of our books are purchased from Amazon. I use the reviews there to help make my decisions (in addition to the AJL newsletter of course!). Just out of curiosity, I looked up "A Little Piece of Ground" on Amazon and found that it is not there. I then went to their UK website and found the book listed with no reviews, just a brief description. Interestingly, one edition was listed as not yet published, the other was simply unavailable. I wonder whether some folks have already been at work over there trying to minimize it's dissemination. In any case, writing reviews for Amazon and other book sites might be another way to help spread the word about such titles.
