While others write about dictionaries in transliteration, you do not 
mention it, so you probably mean

Harkavy, Alexander. Yiddish-English-Hebrew dictionary. New York, 1925.

In 1987, YIVO together with Schocken issued a photo reprint of the 
dictionary with a new introduction by Dovid Katz.

Incidentally, with regard to Harduf, it's better if one can at all get by 
without his dictionary, which is notoriously superficial and at times 
incorrect.
