The Chabad synagogue and day school in Scripps Ranch was destroyed by the fire. Thankfully their new campus that was newly constructed survived with very little damage. See http://www.chabadsd.org/ for more details.
I'm not aware of any other synagogues in San Diego that were damaged by the fire, although some had to evacuate.
