Hello, We are in the process of cataloguing a small (3000 volumes) collection of Yiddish and English language books. We use LibraryCom and have been experiencing difficulties every step of the way. Now we are attempting to print labels by performing basic range searches. And this has proven to be impossible! Duplicates from completely different ranges mysteriously appear (ie. trying to print labels for circ #'s 1000 -1100, and labels for #'s 102-110 appear and cannot be deleted). Has anybody experienced similar problems? Does anybody have any advice at all on how to deal with this problem? Of course we have constant communication with LibraryCom's technical help, but they have not yet offered us any useful suggestions...
