Hello,
In addition to being a (volunteer) Jewish librarian, I also work at a
local Jewish book/music/Judaica store. The owner is constantly struggling
to stay afloat. It isn't an easy business but she loves it and I enjoy
working there.
We do give 10% off to teachers who do not get reimbursed and a 10% credit
(donation) to regional Jewish institutions toward future purchases. We
carry a lot in stock, and what we do not have, we try our best to get
through special orders, at times losing money when you consider the cost of
our labor.
So thank you all for continuing to support us and other similar stores!
