I'd like to know if any libraries maintain approval plans for new releases
of Israeli feature films on video or DVD. A Hebrew-language instructor at
Stanford, who uses Israeli videos in her class, finds that the lead time
for ordering titles one-by-one takes too long. She would like to find a
way of expediting the process, and a modest-scale approval plan comes to
mind. Also, any recommendations regarding vendors (via private e-mail)
will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Zachary Baker
