According to "Bibles imprimees du XVe au XVIIIe siecle conservees a Paris". Paris, Bibliotheque Nationale de France, 2002, which is an exceptionnal publication, very important and of course specially for French Bibles, the first editions of printed Bibles are incunabula printed in Lyon, ca. 1476-1477 and in Paris a little later.
Of course the translations to French are earlier, in manuscript. The article cited in the book is "Adaptations et versions de la Bible en prose (langue d'oil)" by P.M. Bogaert, in "Les genres litteraires dans les sources theologiques et philosophiques medievales. Louvain-la-Neuve, 1982, p. 259-277. For transliteration, I do not know if there is something official, but I shall try to ask.
