I believe you are referring to Dr. Mohamed Hawary. I don't think his first name is Hasan. He teaches Hebrew at King Saud University in Saudi Arabia. The book is entitled: The Jewish Polemics against Christianity in the light of the Cairo Geniza : Bodleian Oxford MS.Heb.e.32 (Fols. 18-25) / Mohamed el-Hawary, but I can't remember if it is parallel text in English and Arabic or Arabic with an English abstract.
