Dear Hasafran Members,

All the books in our synagogue library will be re-cataloged. There are
about 1,500, mostly non-fiction books, in the collection, and I am looking
for the system which would best serve all the library users. The users
include Hebrew School students, adults who study and casual readers. The
Elazar System came to my attention, and I was wondering if any of you have
experience with it. If so please let me know if it is a practical,
user-friendly system appropriate to our type of library. Comments on other
systems are welcome.

Thanks for your time, and helpful attention,

Marjorie Greenberg
