Shulhan shel Arba is a relatively popular work. It was printed six times in
the sixteenth century, in Constantinople and Mantua (1514), Venice (1546),
Cracow (1579), and in Lublin and Prague (1596). It is available today from
Mossad ha-Rav Kook in their Kitvei Rabbenu Bahya and likely elsewhere as well.
