Dear Safranim, For a presentation, I need to talk about the merits of hiring an architect that specializes in library renovations (and not just a general run-of-the-mill architect).
What I need is stories of library renovations that went wrong due to the lack of such a specialist. Here is your chance to unload of all your frustrations with a renovation (or construction) gone wrong. Alternatively, if you had a great experience with any architect please include that. Also please let me know how much your input was taken into consideration when you renovated or constructed.
