Someone mentioned to me, that he read about, probably in The New York Times, a collection of Judaica from Iraq that is being acquired by the Library of Congress. There appeared to be something in the article about people who work for the government not being allowed to catalog the collection at this point.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
