Hello.  A number of interest groups and committees hold meetings 
during the annual conference.  If you are planning such a meeting, 
please let me know how many people you expect to attend,  and when 
you want to meet (please see below).  Unless you indicate a specific 
need, no microphone or computer equipment will be supplied.

Several meetings have already been scheduled:
RLIN/RLG   Sunday 2-4
CARLJS    Sunday 4-5
R & S Cataloging Group Sunday 4-5

The times available for meetings are listed below.  Please number 
them in order of highest to lowest preference, or place an x on a 
time that it not good.

Sunday afternoon between 2 and 6:    2-3      ;3-4        ;  4-5        ;5-6 .

Sunday everning after the keynote speaker  (c. 8:30 or 8:45)

Tuesday evening  5-5:45       or 5-6         (banquet starts at 6:30)

Please contact me with any questions you may have.  We will try to 
schedule everyone in his or her preferred time slots.  If we don't 
hear from a committee or interest group, we will assume that it will 
not be meeting.

I look forward to seeing you in a few months.  We have many very 
interesting presentations.  I hope that within a few weeks we will be 
able to post a preliminary schedule.
