I checked the website of the New Orleans Public Library to see if they really still need book donations (I was a bit skeptical, too-- I've seen that message floating around in cyberspace for a while) Here is info from their website about what type of donations are most useful to them (mostly monetary donations at this point): http://www.nutrias.org/~nopl/foundation/donationsfaq.htm
