Synagogue & Religious School Librarian Mamaroneck, NY Job Description: Part-time (approx 20/hpw) school and synagogue Librarian for Conservative congregation and Afternoon Religious School. Duties include managing the 3000+ title collection, promoting library programs to students and adults, updating the library automation project, encouraging library use and expanding resources. Job Requirements: Knowledge of Hebrew and Judaica preferable; experience in library systems and in synagogue or similar libraries desired, but not required, desire to learn as we grow; works well with both children and adults; available Sunday mornings, 9am-1pm. Employment Type: Part-Time. Sunday's and 2 week day afternoons during September - June. Summer as needed.
