Other that a budget line for library materials, I had 3 sources of funds:
1) Annual book fair in November, which netted us close to $1000. in
our day school of about 280 students
2) Birthday Book Club, where parents contribute $18.00 in honor of
their child's birthday and a new book was purchased, plated in honor
of the child, we had group "birthday parties" for the child honorees,
etc. Very popular.
3) People could also contribute to library in honor or in memory of
someone - this was a very minor source of funds, however.
