I don't think that is the Jerusalem Report calling you but rather a magazine sales group. I once had a huge problem when I finally agreed to resubscribe through them, not knowing they were the actual company, and the money etc was not passed on to the Jerusalem Report. Try contacting the real Jerusalem Report and tell them about the problem. I was told several years ago that they were no longer using that company for sales.
