Yes, Cleveland does have a rapid transit system, but unfortunately it does not go out to where the hotel is located. There is also a bus system. One could take the rapid to the end of the Blue Line (Van Aken) and then transfer to a bus that goes to Tri-C East (Cuyahoga Community College) which is located across the street from the hotel. Go to http://www.gcrta.org/index.asp for maps and schedules. You'll have to look under Rapid Transit first, get the schedule for the Blue Line train, and then Bus #24: Van Aken/Tri-C.
