I am curious to know if anyone knows of sound recording, CD or tape of the
chanting Torah in Aramaic.

Here is a Youtube video:

Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic Chanting of Torah

Yemenite tradition of chanting the Taj (Yemenite Torah) in Hebrew,
Aramaic and Arabic. Until recently, some Yemenite Jewish communities
in Israel dropped the Arabic and some still retain it as an integral
part of Jewish tafsir.
